3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for maintaining valid recipient lists, processing unsubscribe requests, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

4. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our acceptable use policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

DocStream HQ is not liable for delivery failures caused by recipient mail server policies or third-party filtering systems.
